Ingredients:
- 50ml Indian Spiced Gin
- 150ml Ginger Beer
- 15ml Lime Juice
- Garnish with a lime wedge and a sprig of mint
Method:
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Add the gin and lime juice to the bottom of the glass.
- Then top with ginger beer.
- Stir gently until the mix is combined.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and a sprig of mint.

Ingredients:
- 50ml Indian Spiced Gin
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Chai Syrup (you can also use a honey syrup, that is infused with chai spices)

Method:
