Introduction & Eligibility
2.1 By entering this competition, you will agree to be bound by the terms and conditions laid out in this document. Please read them carefully before entering the competition.
2.2 This competition is open only to individuals who are aged 18 or over and are residents of the United Kingdom.
2.3 Employees, contractors and immediate family members of The Sweet Potato Spirit Company LTD are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter
3.1 To enter this competition, participants must do the following:
3.1.1 Like the official competition post on Instagram or Facebook.
3.1.2 Share the competition post to their story.
3.1.3 Comment naming one cocktail from our menu (examples: Marshmallow Rose, Passionfruit Martini, Pina Colada, etc.).
3.1.4 Tag at least one person they’d attend Lakefest with.
3.1.5 There is no limit to the amount of times a participant can enter.
3.2 All steps must be followed in order to win the prize and these will be checked.

Prize
4.1 The prize for this competition is One Family Prime Time Ticket to Lakefest 2025 at Eastnor Castle, Ledbury, Herefordshire.
4.1.1 This ticket code covers entry for two adults and two children for the entire festival.
4.1.2 The ticket is only valid for Lakefest 2025 and cannot be exchanged for another year or for cash.
4.2 Four (4) complimentary cocktails of your choice from our Sweet Potato Spirit Company Main Tent Bar or Rocket Bar during the festival. (Subject to menu availability at the time of request to redeem)

Competition Period
5.1 This competition opens from the time of posting on 03/06/2025 and closes at 12:00 noon on 30/06/2025 (GMT).
5.2 Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

Winner Selection
6.1 One winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received.
6.2 The winner will be notified via direct message on the platform they entered through (Instagram or Facebook) within 5 working days after the competition closes.
6.3 If the winner does not respond within 7 days of the notification, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
6.4 By accepting these terms and conditions by entering the competition the winner consents to their name/@handle and their tagged friends name/@handle being announced on social media should the promoter wish to do so.

Prize Delivery
7.1 A code will be sent to the winner via the platform they entered through with instructions on how to redeem this code on the Lakefest website to get their tickets.
7.2 Cocktail Vouchers will be placed at the Rocket Bar, located in the Funky Town arena area for collection by the winner at the beginning of the festival. Identification will be required to collect the vouchers from the bar.

8.1 Your personal data will be used only for the purposes of the competition, for processing and administering the prize and will not be shared with third parties unless it is necessary to fulfil the prize or as required by law.
8.2 The promoter complies with the applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), in processing and storing your personal data.

Limitation of Liability
9.1 The promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, errors or malfunctions that may affect the entry process or the ability to participate in the competition.
9.2 The promoter shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from your participation in the competition, except where liability is mandated by law.

General Conditions
10.1 The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition, these terms and conditions, or the prize at any time, without notice, due to events beyond reasonable control.
10.2 If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be in full force and effect.
10.3 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to the competition will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10.3 Please drink responsibly. The Sweet Potato Spirit Company LTD does not condone dangerous drinking activities.
10.4 The promoter reserves the legal right to refuse alcohol service, including the use of cocktail vouchers to any person/s to ensure the safety of all guests and bar staff. You may be refused service if you meet any of the following criteria when trying to redeem the voucher/s:
10.4.1 If you appear to be under the age of 18 and cannot provide valid proof of photo ID. We operate a challenge 25 policy throughout our business and across all bars and stalls.
10.4.2 If you appear to be and/or bar staff deem you to be drunk or intoxicated.
10.4.3 If you are acting in a disruptive, aggressive or abusive manner.
10.4.4 If we believe you are attempting to redeem the vouchers for someone who is underage.
10.4.5 If you refuse to follow our bar staff’s instructions or festival rules.
10.5 The promoter reserves the right to confiscate your cocktail vouchers and refuse any more service for the duration of the festival if you are found to be aggressive or disruptive to any bar staff at either the Main Tent Bar or the Rocket Bar.
10.6 The promoter reserves the right to confiscate your cocktail vouchers if they are found to have been tampered with or duplicated in an attempt to gain more than 4 complimentary cocktails.
