Sweet Potato Spiced Rum was awarded Silver at the World Spirit Awards 2016, it was one of the first spirits we created when we won a world food innovation award the same year.

SP Spiced Mojito

SP Spiced Rum Mojito

A crisp and lively blend of Sweet Potato Spiced Rum, mint lime and soda. This lively take on the classic cuban cocktail is further enhanced with the zingy bite of our unique Sweet Potato Spiced Rum and fresh chilli. Perfect for summer.
 
Glass: Highball
Ice: Crushed
Garnish: Mint sprig + red chilli circlets
Straw:  8” Clear

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 sprigs mint
  • 1 inch chopped sweet red chillies
  • 50ml SPS Spiced Rum
  • 20ml Fresh lime juice
  • 20ml Simple Syrup
  • 100ml Ginger Beer



Method: Muddle, build
 
Notes: Use a dedicated knife & chopping board for chillies so heat is not transferred to other drink.

Our SP Spiced Rum really adds a kick with ginger beer and fresh lime, it’s a classic cocktail that really works on the summer days and nights.

Glass: Highball
Ice: Crushed
Garnish: Lime
Straw:  8” Reusable

Ingredients:

  • 50ml SPS Spiced Rum
  • Squeeze of Fresh lime juice
  • 100ml Ginger Beer


Method: fill glass with ice, squeeze fresh lime juice and pour Spiced Rum and Ginger beer.

 

SP Spiced Rum Espresso Martini

This is a modern take on the classic Espresso Martini with an SP Twist. With a clean clear delivery of our Sweet Potato Spiced Rum, its warm notes really work with coffee, this is the serve that inspired our Espresso Rum Liqueur. These ones are so good we made a product in it’s honour!

 
Glass: Coupe
Ice: Cubed
Garnish: Fresh Orange Peel, Chocolate Wedge (Optional)
Straw: None

Ingredients

 
Method:
Shake all ingredients hard with cubed ice (for at least 20 seconds). Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a fresh orange peel and optional chocolate orange wedge. Enjoy.

This is so tasty it’s like a dessert, enjoyed on it’s own or with vanilla ice cream or fresh fudge.

Ingredients:


Method: Measure into your favourite tumbler, fill with ice and stir until chilled. Garnish; one dash of Angostura bitters, lime wheel and orange twist.

Ingredients:

  • 50ml SPS Spiced Rum

  • Squeeze of Fresh lime juice

  • 100ml Fentimans Mandarin & Seville Orange

  • 2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters



Method: Fill glass with ice, squeeze fresh lime juice and add ingredients and stir.
