• 40ml Lavender Gin
• 20ml Elderflower Cordial
• 15ml Lemon Juice
• 75ml Soda Water (or you can use prosecco for more of a spritz version!)

Method:

1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
2. Add the lavender gin, elderflower cordial and lemon juice into the glass.
