Raspberry Collins
Ingredients:
- 50ml Raspberry Gin
- 25ml Lime Juice
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
- Soda Water to top
- Garnish with a lime wedge and a couple or raspberries or freeze dried raspberries
Method:
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Add the raspberry gin, lime juice and sugar syrup to the glass and stir the mix gently to combine.
- Top the mix with soda water.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and a couple or raspberries or freeze dried raspberries.
Raspberry Froze
Ingredients:
- 100ml Sparkling Rose Wine (frozen into ice cubes)
- 40ml Raspberry Gin
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
- 25ml Raspberry Puree (or strawberry if you have that instead)
- Garnish with fresh or freeze dried raspberries
Method:
- Freeze the sparkling wine into ice cubes ahead of time.
- Once frozen, blend the wine cubes, raspberry gin, sugar syrup and puree together until smooth (or until a slush like consistency, whichever consistency you prefer!)
- Pour the blend into a large wine glass.
- Garnish with fresh or freeze dried raspberries.
Garden Punch (great for batch making!)
Ingredients:
- 1 part Raspberry Gin
- 2 parts Cloudy Apple Juice
- 1 part Lemonade
- Garnishes/add-ins include cucumber slices, mint leaves and fresh raspberries
Method:
- In a jug/bowl add the raspberry gin, apple juice and lemonade.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Add in the cucumber slices, mint leaves and raspberries to float and mix in.
- Serve the cocktail punch over ice in a glass/glasses of your choosing (we recommend tumblers or rocks glasses)
Raspberry Negroni
Ingredients:
- 25ml Raspberry Gin
- 25ml Campari
- 25ml Sweet Vermouth
- Garnish with 2 raspberries on a cocktail stick
Method:
- Add the raspberry gin, Campari and sweet vermouth into a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir until well chilled.
- Then strain the mix into a rocks glass with a large ice cube in it.
- Garnish with 2 raspberries on a cocktail stick.
