Pina Colada

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Coconut Rum
  • 75ml Pineapple Juice
  • 50ml Coconut Cream/Puree
  • Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cherry

Method:

  1. Add all the ingredients into a blender with a scoop of ice (if you're looking for a frozen pina colada!) or if not add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice.
  2. Blend until smooth or shake until well combined and the mix is fully chilled.
  3. Pour the mix into a hurricane or tall glass (if you're not making a frozen version, make sure to ad dice to your glass!).
  4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cherry.

Bay Breeze

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Coconut Rum
  • 75ml Pineapple Juice
  • 75ml Cranberry Juice
  • Garnish with a wedge of lime

Method:

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
  2. Add the coconut rum, pineapple juice and cranberry juice and build the mix in your glass.
  3. Stir together gently to combine.
  4. Garnish with a wedge of lime.

Tropical Rum Punch (great for batch making!)

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Coconut Rum
  • 25ml Orange Juice
  • 25ml Pineapple Juice
  • 10ml Grenadine
  • Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry

Method:

  1. Fill a shake or jug with ice (depending on the amount of punch you are intending to make).
  2. Add the coconut rum, orange juice, pineapple juice and grenadine to the shaker and shake (stir together to combine if you are using a jug).
  3. Strain (if shaken) and pour the mix into your glass of choice (we recommend tumblers or a tall glass).
  4. Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.

Coconut Margarita

Ingredients:

  • 40ml Coconut Rum
  • 20ml Tequila
  • 25ml Lime Juice
  • 15ml Triple Sec
  • Garnish with a slice of lime & salted glass rim

Method:

  1. Rim a rocks glass with salt (if you choose to, this is optional).
  2. Add the coconut rum, tequila, lime juice and triple sec into a cocktail shaker with ice.
  3. Shake the mix until combined and well chilled.
  4. Strain the mix into a martini or coupe glass with ice.
  5. Garnish with a slice of lime.

Caribbean Cooler (great for batch making!)

Ingredients:

  • 1 part Coconut Rum
  • 2 parts Pineapple Juice
  • 1 part Soda Water (or lemonade can be used too!)
  • Garnish/add-ins include: pineapple wedges, cucumber slices and sprigs of mint

Method:

  1. In a jug/pitcher/bowl, add in your coconut rum, pineapple juice and soda water.
  2. Stir gently to combine the mix together.
  3. Add in your pineapple wedges, cucumber slices and sprigs of mint/mint leaves to float and mix in.
  4. Serve your cocktail over ice in a glass/glasses of your choosing (we recommend a tumbler or a tall glass).
