  • 35ml London Dry Gin
  • 15ml Elderflower liqueur
  • 20ml Lemon juice
  • 10ml Sugar syrup
  • Top with prosecco

Method

  1. Add your gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice and sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker & shake with ice.
  2. Strain into a coupe style glass or a tumbler glass.
  3. Top with prosecco & garnish with mint or an edible flower.

  • 40ml Vodka
  • 25ml Strawberry purée
  • 10ml Vanilla syrup

  2. Then strain your mix into a chilled martini glass.
  3. Garnish with a strawberry slice & some mint.
