Raspberry Valentine

RASPBERRY VALENTINE

Pink • Bubbly • Sweet

Ingredients

  • 25ml Raspberry liqueur
  • 25ml Vodka
  • 25ml Sugar syrup
  • Top with pink lemonade
  • Rose petals, to garnish

Method

  1. Build this drink in your coupe style glass.
  2. Add the liqueur, vodka & sugar syrup into the glass then stir.
  3. Top with pink lemonade & garnish.

Strawberry Crush

STRAWBERRY CRUSH

Fruity • Fresh • Easy

Ingredients

  • 50ml London Dry Gin
  • Handful of strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 25ml Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Sugar

Method

  1. Muddle the strawberries with the sugar, in your glass.
  2. Add your gin & lemon juice into your glass.
  3. Finally fill with ice & stir together.
  4. Garnish with strawberry and/or mint sprig.

HONEY KISS

Cosy • Honey • Lemon

Ingredients

  • 50ml Vodka
  • 25ml Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • Top with water (hot or cold)

Method

  1. Into a cocktail shaker, add your vodka, lemon juice & honey & shake well. (You can add ice at this point if you’re wanting a cold drink.)
  2. Pour the mix into your short glass & top with either hot or cold water depending on which you prefer.
  3. Garnish with a lemon wedge or peel.

CHERRY DREAM

Cherry • Bright • Simple

Ingredients

  • 50ml Vodka
  • 50ml Cherry juice
  • Lime juice
  • Top with soda water if needed
  • Cherry skewer / cherry stem, to garnish

Method

  1. Build the drink in your glass. Start by adding the vodka, cherry juice and lime juice.
  2. Stir your drink together & top with soda water if you feel it is needed.
  3. Garnish with a cherry skewer or cherry stems.
