We love a glass of bubbles on a hot day. In fact, any day, as we find even the smallest victories to celebrate! Wether you are enjoying the weather or not, add some Sweet Potato smoothness to our sparkle.

Ice: None
Garnish: Raspberry
Straw: None

Method: Build
 
Notes: Our drinks experts recommend adding a measure of Sweet Potato Raspberry Gin to a glass of Prosecco, and garnishing with a simple raspberry. Divine.

 

SP Raspberry FroseSP Raspberry Frose

The Frosé is a versatile cocktail which can be used as a dessert or a drink, it's the perfect accompaniment to your valentines meal.

Glass: Rocks/Wine
Ice: None
Garnish: Raspberries
Straw: None

Ingredients:

Method:
1. In a zip lock freezer bag, crush raspberries, add SPS Raspberry, rose, simple syrup and rose water; mix together and seal bag before placing in freezer
 
2. When frozen, empty the bag's contents in a blender to create slushy. 
 
3. If required, add extra simple syrup into the blender, the Frosé should have a consistent, slushy texture.
 
4.  Garnish with fresh raspberries

 

SP Raspberry SpritzSP Raspberry Spritz

Gin and Prosecco is the perfect combination, Raspberry Gin and Prosecco is even better. It’s amazing with fresh Lime  juice.

Ice: Yes
Garnish: Raspberry & Orange
Straw: None

Method: Build in glass and top with prosecco

 

SP Gin Raspberry BrambleSP Gin Raspberry Bramble

The SP Gin Bramble is an amazing classic cocktail that uses our SP Raspberry Gin Liqueur instead of simple syrup.

Glass: Rocks
Ice: Crushed
Garnish: Lemon and Blackberry
Straw: Reusable

Ingredients:

Method: Add ingredients to a rocks glass stir and top with more crushed ice and add garnish.
