The SP Signature Gin & Tonic
The SP Signature Gin & Tonic

The Signature G & T is made with our London Dry Gin, fresh lime and lavender syrup. Our London Dry with its citrus notes and a drop lavender syrup really brings the flavours to life. We recommend drinking this from a Globe/Highball glass to release the botanical aroma with plenty of ice and fresh limes, it works really well with Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic water.

Glass: Globe / Highball
Ice: Cubed
Garnish: Lime wedge + dried lavender sprigs
Straw: 8” biodegradable

Ingredients:

  • 50ml SP London Dry Gin
  • 
10ml Lavender syrup

  • Top with Tonic water

Additional Ideas: The Gin & Krishna Tonic
For an equally refreshing alternative. Mix 60ml Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic water with 35ml of our Sweet Potato Indian spiced gi in a Globe/Highball glass. Finishing off with a slice of fresh lime as a garnish. The perfect way to enjoy the spices of India in a drink.

Take 35ml of Sweet Potato London Drygin, in a Highball glass mix with 60ml of Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water and a squeeze of fresh lime.

Glass: Globe / Highball
Ice: Cubed
Garnish: Lime wedge

Ingredients:
50ml SP London Dry Gin

Top with Tonic water

Method: Add ingredients to a glass filled with ice.

 



SP Tattie Highball

Glass: Highball
Ice: Yes
Garnish: Mint & Lemon
Straw: None

Ingredients:

  • 35ml SP London Dry
  • 15ml Drambuie
  • 
15ml Fresh lemon juice
  • 6 mint leaves

  • Garnish; mint crown

Method: Build in a highball, stir around until chilled and mixed. Top with lemonade.

The SP Gin Bramble is an amazing classic cocktail that uses our SP Raspberry Gin Liqueur instead of simple syrup.

Glass: Rocks
Ice: Crushed
Garnish: Lemon and Blackberry
Straw: Reusable

Ingredients:

  • 50 ml SP London Dry Gin
  • 25ml Lemon Juice
  • 15ml Raspberry Gin Liqueur

Method: Add ingredients to a glass filled with ice.

Espresso Martini - The Sweet Potato Spirit Co.
SP Chocolate Orange Martini

This is a modern take on the classic Espresso Martini with an SP Twist. With a clean clear delivery of our Sweet Potato London Dry Gin, rich creamy flavours and a touch of delicious bitterness. You’ll find this one hard to resist.

Glass: Coupe
Ice: Cubed
Garnish: Fresh Orange Peel, Chocolate Orange Wedge (Optional)
Straw: None

Ingredients:

  • 20ml SP London Dry Gin

  • 15ml of SP Choc Moonshine With Chilli
  • 
15ml SP Orange Gin
  • 
25-50ml Strong Espresso shots
  • 
Orange For Garnish


Method:
Shake all ingredients hard with cubed ice (for at least 20 seconds). Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a fresh orange peel and optional chocolate orange wedge. The perfect weekend cocktail.
