SP Lavender Gin Lemon Fizz
This is so refreshing, it’s summer in a glass.
Glass: Highball
Ice: Yes
Garnish: Lemon Round
Straw: Yes, reusable
Ingredients:
- 35ml SP Lavender Gin
- 100ml Sicilian Lemonade
- 5ml Honey
Method: Fill a glass with ice add ingredients and stir until chilled
Notes: Multiply numbers x 4 and you can make a garden pitcher for family BBQ’s.
SP Lavender Grapefruit Fizz
Lavender and grapefruit blend so well to make the perfect spring drink.
Glass: globe
Ice: Yes
Garnish: Grapefruit
Straw: Yes, reusable
Ingredients:
- 35ml Lavender Gin
- 100ml Grapefruit Tonic
Method: Fill a glass with ice add ingredients and stir until chilled

Garnish: Basil & Cucumber

Ingredients:
- 50ml SP Lavender
- 50ml Top Prosecco
- Honey
Method: Drizzle honey into glass, fill with ice, fresh basil & cucumber the top with prosecco and soda to taste.
